Inspired by the tradition of our territory, our menu starts from respect and curiosity for the raw materials in order to create and re-propose traditional dishes and combinations of more daring and unusual ingredients.
Sale e Pepe was born from the desire of Gianluca Pepe and Ilaria Moscatelli to create a place in which to express the power of raw materials, their passion for this profession and combinations of flavors in a contemporary tone.
